Returns Policy
RBLI is committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your Products for any reason, whether or not they are defective, if you return them to us within 21 days of receiving them, we will replace them with an alternative or, if you prefer, we will give you a refund.
You must return the unwanted Products to us at your cost, together with all original packaging and documentation.
Products must be returned in the same condition that they were despatched to you.
Where you request a replacement or an alternative Product, we will deliver the replacement or alternative Product to you free of charge.
